Service Quality and Customer Loyalty in Commercial Banks at Dindigul District

Abstract:

Customers desires for service quality in banks are high and seen quality of service is very lower crosswise over public sector banks. Banks, viewed as the foundation of each economy, are no special case to the fragile errand of envisioning and satisfying the necessities of their customers. This chapter tries to find out the service quality and customer loyalty in commercial banks at Dindigul district. Research design is descriptive one. Sample size is 728 customers. Researcher suggested that bankers have to be compelled to arrange concerning an applicable communication mix, targeting the present customers, so as to instill confidence that they are getting high worth from the bank which their loan contains all the vital parts that make their value.
