Impact of Agile Methodology in Digital Transformation ? A Conceptual Overview
Abstract:
In todays world, many big organizations are facing a huge uncertainty because of fierce competition, dynamic market changes etc., using digital transformation could be a way forward to handle the disruptions in the industry. However, More than 70 percent of digital transformation efforts dont yield successful results. Looking at reasons point to various factors like culture, leadership, poor product development, communication strategies and the list goes on. The agile methodologies have been taken up as mantra to drive these initiatives with the hope that many of these pulling factors would be addressed with the Practice of agile framework. This paper will analyze the factors that are critical to digital transformation.
