Abstract:
The Battery Management System (BMS) project is a sophisticated endeavour designed to revolutionize how we monitor and maintain the health of batteries. At its core, the project harnesses the power of cutting-edge technology, combining advanced sensors with the versatility of an Arduino microcontroller. This integration allows the system to seamlessly track and analyze crucial electrical characteristics such as voltage and current, providing invaluable insights into the battery’s state. One of the key components of the BMS project is its utilization of various sensors. These sensors serve as the eyes and ears of the system, continuously gathering data on the battery’s performance in real-time. By monitoring parameters like voltage levels and current flow, the BMS can detect any irregularities or anomalies that may indicate potential issues with the battery. This proactive approach to monitoring allows for early detection of problems, enabling prompt intervention and preventive maintenance. However, the innovation of the BMS project doesn’t stop there. In addition to its sensor array, the system also incorporates an Internet of Things (IoT) platform. This integration opens up a world of remote monitoring and control possibilities, transforming how we interact with and manage batteries.
