A Study on Training and Development Practices of Handloom Sector of Tamil Nadu with Special Reference to Thirpur District
Abstract:
The responsibility to train up the uneducated handlooms weavers to produces fake balenciaga and market their goods at international level competition is rest with the government. There is problem in identifying the training needs of hand loom weaver by the state audemars piguet replica government. The scope of the training programme should be widen. The training programmes are offered only the existing hand loom weavers only. This type of the training programmes should be extended to new job searching youths. The curriculum and span of the time of the training programme should revised to meet the competition.
