Weapon to Win the War for Talent: Guerilla Recruiting

Abstract:
In this vying world, finding a techno-geek is the biggest challenge for every IT/ITES organization. Recruiting top talent becomes a war between each and every organization. A good recruiting strategy helps an organization to win in the war for talent. There are many different strategies to acquire talented employees Boomerang, Placement Agencies, In-House Recruiter, Job Portals, Digital Interview Platform, Talent Pool, Career Fairs, Headhunting, Open Requisition, Employee Value Proposition, and Guerilla Recruiting are some among them. Among these Guerilla Recruiting plays an indispensable role in recruiting talent. Guerilla Recruiting have become the best strategy to win the war for talent. Guerilla Recruiting has become an innovative approach to find talent and acquire them. The major reason for using Guerilla Recruitment is to hurt the competitor and make the competitor weak. Guerilla Recruiting is the way to portray how the top talent is different from other organization as well as providing top talent with a better position. Guerilla Recruiting is totally different from traditional recruiting which make sure to support the business and helps in improving the standard of the business performance. It takes the responsibility to carry forward the organization to the next level. Guerilla Recruiting is a no-holds-barred kind of talent acquisition strategy which attacks competitors with their weakness. Major work of Guerilla Recruiters is to identify the competitors weakness and exploit using highly focused efforts. Guerilla Recruiters are not eager to fight for talent instead they fight for revenues, survival and market share. Even an organization doesnt need talent they attack competitor continuously so that the competitor will be losing another valuable talent. Keep on attacking a competitors weakness reduces their revenues and market share. This is how Guerilla Recruiting makes a move in talent acquisition.
