Edge Detection Algorithm Using PI-Computer

Abstract:

Today image processing are used in various techniques like sign board detection, image compression. which requires fast processing on compact device .This paper is on the implementation of image processing operations using Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi is a basic embedded system and a low cost a single-board computer used to reduce the complexity in terms of speed, area of systems in real time applications. This platform is mainly based on python as well as C. Raspberry pi consist of Camera slot Interface (CSI) to interface the Raspberry pi camera along with HDMI. Here, Edge detection is done using comparing background of object and object.
